Northern Middle MapThis map focuses on the
area between Carolyn (north) to Retama
(south). As

Its
central location makes it ideal for many vacationers. The most
common area of interest is the movie theater, Island Cinema 4.
This is great for rainy days. In addition, it has 7 beach
access points to the gulf, but no public boat ramps on the
bayside.
This
section of South Padre boasts a decent amount of shopping
choices as well. There are 3 jewelry stores, at least 4 gift
shops, and 3 clothing stores. Plus, there are a number of
restaurant options as well: 1 restaurant serving breakfast, 4
seafood restaurants, 2 Italian restaurants, 2 pizza places, 2
burger joints, and 3 bars. In addition, it has a convenience
store and a gourmet market.
Naturally, this variety of restaurants and shopping
choices make it hit with many vacationers as
well.
